They reimbursed me the cost of prepping the land and planting it or 80 percent of it and I promised to let them grow a minimum of ten years without developing land.
The ten years is long up but I'll never clear cut it, my goal is to have walking trails all over with picnick spots located near the 7 springs on the property.
Spring water is really good straight from the ground.
