Advertising for those educated in the public school system

I saw this on my Yahoo! page today. I have seen things like this before, but never tried them. I chose the name of who I thought it was. Then I chose the other two and, surprise surprise, just as I suspected, the same winning screen came up.

 

It says "Answer and win..." not "Answer correctly and win..." Not to mention the *with completion of program requirements. It is probably cheaper just to go to The Olive Garden and purchase a dinner for two than participate in their "program."

 

I guess they are counting on the stupidity of some people.
