Bushin Martial Arts Academy opened in summer 2015 and was originally located here; it was originally a RadioShack, which opened in June 1971 and relocated here on June 15th, 1981. It became Williamsburg Waterbed Quarters/Williamsburg Waterbed Outlet in 1983, which closed on March 31st, 1989, Prime Time Video in December 1998, which closed in the early 2010s, and Mattress Sleep Center in the early 2010s, which closed in the mid 2010s.

 

Parker & Peony opened on July 22nd, 2023; it was originally Rowe & Long Music Center, which opened in October 1970 and closed in fall 1973. The space later housed:

*Plaza Music Center (January 1974-1980)

*Carpet City and Decorating (fall 1980-1989, originally located in a different space in the center, relocated here)

*Bennette Paint & Floor Covering (July 24th, 1989-1993, relocated to suite J)

*The Right Fit Formal Wear (1999-mid 2000s, previously located here)

*Premier Audio-Visual Design (opened May 27th, 2006)

*Exit Realty (October 2007-early 2010s)

*J.Y. Cleaners (2017-2022)
