This location opened in 2004 in suite 1200; it was originally located here. It took over suites 1202 and 1212 by the mid 2010s and relocated here in November 2024.

 

Suite 1200 was previously a Matthew's Hallmark, which opened in the 1980s and relocated here in the 1990s. It became a Gadzooks in July 1996, which closed in the mid 2000s, and became d.e.m.o. shortly after.

 

Suite 1202 was previously Ole, which opened in the 1980s. It became Whitehall Jewelers in the 1990s, which closed in 2008, and became a Garden Gazebo in 2010.

 

Suite 1212 was previously 16 Plus, which opened in the 1980s. It became a PacSun in summer 1998, which relocated here in 2003.
