Greg Garrett Realty opened in spring 2018 and was originally located at 3705 Strawberry Plains Road; it was previously a MediFast Weight Control Center, which opened in September 2012 and closed in 2015.

 

Duck Donuts opened on October 4th, 2013; it was originally a Starbucks, which opened in December 2001 and relocated here on February 22nd, 2013.
