Authentic Guitars opened in June 2000 and relocated here in July 2006; it was previously Executive Tax Service/H&R Block, which opened in the early 1990s and relocated here in the late 1990s.
Cuts Fitness opened in December 2006 and closed in the mid 2010s; it was previously Laney's Diamonds & Jewelry, which opened in September 1991 (originally located at 603 Prince George Street) and relocated to 4512 John Tyler Highway in February 2005. It became Ladybug Consignment & Boutique on October 14th, 2017, which expanded into suites 40 and 42 in spring 2022.
