Family Dollar opened on September 24th, 1998 and was renovated in winter 2017; it was originally the majority of a Woolworth's, which opened in September 1960 and closed on October 26th, 1997.
Chaffin Interiors opened in 2002 (previously located down the street) and relocated here in 2010. The space was also originally part of the Woolworth's. One part became OMG Sushi in fall 2016 and the other part became a Firehouse Subs in winter 2016, which closed in fall 2019 and became Beervana Taphouse on August 7th, 2020.
Peking opened on April 25th, 1996; it was originally a High's Ice Cream, which opened in 1960 and closed in 1990. It became a Little Caesars on December 18th, 1991, which closed on August 11th, 1995. The storefront was redone in 2015.
