Weird mark after surgery. (edited exposure and contrast)

If it was bruising it should be at the places where pressure was concentrated like the site of the I.V. or maybe the I.D. band. Instead, there's bruising in areas that would have had a Tegaderm to skin contact or nothing at all covering. It's definitely not a rash.
