Hydrant outside McCormick Place.
Yes a description! I'm taking a wild ass guess here. All the hydrants around McCormick Place have that thingy behind them with a corresponding big red compartment on the outside of the building. I'm guessing the hydrant usually functions as a normal hydrant. That thingy behind is some type of electrically operated valve to turn the hydrant into a huge standpipe so we don't have a McCormick Place 2. Hook up some engines or the fireboat to a couple hydrants and you have tons of water flowing into the building.
