[FLATBED] Bedford YYX422H

Today (15/06/2025) saw the 41st Ridgeway Run take place between Henley-on-Thames in Oxfordshire and the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre in Quainton, near Aylesbury. Organised by the Historic Commercial Vehicle Society (HCVS), the event featured a vintage mix of 42 lorries, vans and coaches which assembled at Henley railway station before a mass departure around 10:00.

 

The 4 coaches involved were:

BMS414, a 1948 Daimler CVD6 / Burlingham C33F;

PPH698, a 1951 Bedford SB / Duple Vega C33F;

PUJ781, a 1958 Leyland Tiger Cub / Burlingham Seagull V C41F;

CDK448C, a 1965 Leyland Leopard / Harrington Grenadier 36 C49F.
