The buses that operated the 'Bws Gwynedd' network of services from 1986 to 1998 had one thing in common - they nearly all had red fronts. This involved around 17 operators both large and small adding this feature to a quite a varied collection of buses and coaches both old and new. Largest of the operators was Crosville Wales which was in the process of changing their livery from NBC leaf green too a much brighter green and white.
