Consider an Irish Wolfhound and a Pekinese. Same species. So why not variation in spiders? There certainly is and this is probably an example. These curly peaks on this Sidymellas might be no more signiicant taxanomically than a different haircut. Not sure what the Sidymella species is, but there are many with either twin peaks, single points, wedges, or other forms, Here are the curly twin peaks from behind.
