Unique lawn ornament
However it arrived there, I'm sure it didn't fly in. It does appear to be a real biplane. It is parked and tied down in front of LeMoyne Center for the Visual Arts in downtown Tallahassee. The heaped clutter behind it on the porch is probably going to be used to build their next exhibit.
Nov. 27 update. Today's Tallahassee Democrat had a picture of this airplane and in the caption said it was a replica. But it didn't say if it was functioning replica. It looks like a full size replica to me that could possibly be flown.
