Today I got my BRCA test results back. I am BRCA2 positive. This means getting mammograms/breast MRIs every 6 months for the rest of my life. It increases my chance of getting breast, ovarian, pancreatic, and skin cancer ASTRONOMICALLY. This day I got my very first mammogram at 32 years old. Two of my loves took me out for drinks to console me. I had two of these buckets.
