Fully Loaded
I almost entitled this: "The Longest Stare". Poor Guy. He was staring
down the avenue like the day would never end, like he could stare his way
out of his location, the situation he found himself in, apparently not by
choice. Talk about one frustrated "tactical officer". It appears he was
pulled off his regular assignment to work the "Safe Treats, Safe Streets"
detail, and you just knew he'd rather be anywhere but there. The motor cop
was much more into it, and friendly.
