Hobo Sauce

Personally, I think Hoboes would have snubbed name brand "ketchup" in favour of "Boxcar Catsup"... a lovely melange of Tomatoes found on the ground and strained lovingly through bindle cloth after aging for some time in the good 'ol sun.
