Light:

- Key Quadra, right side, through white softbox

- Speedlite, left, into Background, bare

Normally you don't need all these setting for Cam&Flash, because if your flash to bright, turn it down - is it to dark, crank it up! THATS the way YOU get YOUR shots done!!!
