Afternoon traffic in Portland slowing to its predictable crawl. This is part of SW & NW Portland looking from the West Hills past PSU and the Pearl District to the Fremont bridge.

 

Further in the distance are North Portland and Vancouver, Wa. The mountains are the Cascade Foothills near Mt. St. Helens.
