Volunteers from Pitney Bowes and the Red Cross sort letters as part of the "Holiday Mail for Heroes" campaign. The First Lady, Laura Bush, the Red Cross's president, Gail McGovern and the Executive Chairman and CEO of Pitney Bowes, Murray Martin were among the volunteers.
