WIP - "teabag" bag

This is the "teabag" bag part. I have been stumped on a way to sew this so that it looks like a teabag when it's done. The small pouch is a tea tag and I have to attach both with a handle. At first I was going to do a drawstring bag but I want the teabag to have a real teabag shape with the top corners folded in.
