The purpose of the MOU is to set out the conditions of cooperation between the Parties on the means to support and improve the implementation of the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance in Spain, in particular by promoting the dissemination, discussion and adoption of best practices within the corporate governance framework of Spain.
