I decided to do some size- and body comparison to my jointed male dolls ;-))
( well.....it seems like the boys are doing some comparison between each other too....)
From left to right: FR Mission Moscow Takeo 2008, Mattel Young Sweethearts Michael 1975, Mattel Disney Phoebus 1995, Mattel Fashionista Ken 2009 ( body swapped to Prince Aidan's head), Mattel Fashionista Ken 2010.
Takeo has my favourite articulation. I wish his head would move more but other wise he's perfect. The second best joints belong to Michael, in my opinion. His head moves more than Takeo's and he's having waist joint which Takeo don't have. Rest three are quite equal, except that I find the newest Ken's legs too stiff, they don't move lateral at all :-( BUT: he has neck- and wrist joints which are my favourite joints in generally, I think they allow the best expression for a doll.
