Drunk kid locked out of his apartment

This kid was asleep on the floor in the common area when I came in. I asked if he was ok, he said yes. I kind of felt bad for him, but not bad enough not to video him in hopes that he'd do something stupid. The kids in that unit have been one problem after another.
