Experience Map: Genre Gamer

This experience map shows how a gamer becomes aware of games, evaluates the games she likes, makes purchasing decisions, plays the games and shares her experiences after playing.

 

We created this deliverable for a project with Comcast based on telephone interviews with gamers across North America.
