Long and Winding

Blue Ridge Parkway, Virginia.

I didn't know about the parkway until I was trying to find a place to vacation in October.

 

What a beautiful way to see the mountains and foliage.

 

The road itself is amazing. Two lane winding trail up and down the mountainside, along creeks and ridges. So many great views.

 

We unfortunately had a lot of overcast days, but still some nice shots came out of it.

 

I did have disaster strike with a memory card failure. I'm still trying, but it seems unrecoverable.
