The Night Watch

This is a pleasantly failed experiment.

 

Actually, the face of the watch is red.

 

I was trying a 30-second exposure, to catch the second hand (not visible) spiraling around half of the clock, lit in by a small flashlight covered with tissue paper in otherwise total darkness.

 

It still came out quite interesting, I do think.

 

Mistakes can often create interesting art.
