Are these Megablocks?

I've had these in my collection ever since I was a kid, but cannot recall where they came from. They do fit onto Lego studs, but do not have the word "Lego" printed on them and the plastic is somewhat flexible. If they are the cursed "blox" - then they must be destroyed before multiplication occurs! : )
