I did this technique once before and decided to try it again on this one. First I painted the sky and ocean and applied the sand. Then I used Epoxy Resin to simulate the water in the ocean. I didn’t do any antiquing on this one at all, as I didn’t want to change the sand at all. I also used a gel transfer on the sky and used some rub-on decals as well. My reason for doing this one is that there is so much out there to consider, to think on. No matter how many people there are, no matter what is going on in the world, he is still mindful of ME.
