I've been told that this was one of the Borders chain's most lucrative locations, and the only bookstore on Long Island's North Fork. (The truth of these statements may be contested - this Christian bookstore in Riverhead is still open.) Former employees at this Borders and locals are hoping to see another store like Books-A-Million can move into the location. Anything but another bank IMHO!
Location: On the Riverhead Bypass (County Route 58), between Osborn Avenue and Mills Road - Riverhead, New York.
