Different in Daytona
Given the prevalence of fuel tender sets on road trains on FEC it's refreshing to get something different. On Thursday morning August 1st they ran a FEC 900 symbol train out of Bowden ahead of FEC 101 with a solo GE toting a string of gons full of stone destined for New Smyrna Beach. The signal in the background is the south end of the Holly Hill siding and the train is rolling through Daytona Beach in a gap of sun between two rainy patches of clouds. 8/1/19
