The total lunar eclipse of November 2003 as seen from our patio under a slight haze. This was before I got my nice Russian telescope and is simply the old Sony Mavika hand held, x8 optical zoom and lots of fiddling with exposure factors. I made the montage in Powerpoint to send to our friends who thought we were totally mad to stay up till 2 in the morning watching the wonders of Nature.
