Sleep Study Mirror Selfie
How exciting is this, self-portraits in the bathroom mirror!
What an ordeal. Got there at 8. Filled out questionnaires. Then I find out I filled out the wrong set of questionnaires and started all over.
Got cabled up and went to bed at 9. Tossed and turned, fiddled with the mask, dozed off a few times only to be jolted awake by the air pressure in the mask.
THEN they tell me I'm doing it wrong(!) and give me a different type of mask. Wake up at 3, as usual. They tell me to lay back down for at least half an hour. They finally cut me loose and I'm home by 4:30 AM.
Now I need a shower to wash the electrode paste out of my hair and some sleep. I just need to remember to breathe.
