This was on the way to Ojai for a weekend break. Looks like this cop ran out of skills.
Of course it doesn't help that the cops have this antiquated mindset that insists they need the biggest old-fashioned American cars they can find, rather than something small, light and nimble that can actually turn corners at more than three miles per hour...
How about BMWs or Volvos?
