Most common rendition of the classic Walter Teague-designed Texaco stations without canopy over pump island. Texaco built thousands of these stations between 1937 and 1960, with modified versions of this design continued until 1966, when Texaco adopted the "Matawan" design featuring mansard roofing, exterior stone facing and service bays mounted to the side of the station.
