Fellow AFOL, Sjaak Kolster, used to serve aboard the Royal Netherlands Navy frigate Hr.Ms. Abraham Crijnssen and is now building a spectacular 1/32 scale Lego model of the ship. He got in touch with my through a shared work connection a while ago, during the pandemic, and finally got together earlier last year, to discuss how to build a Lego Lynx helicopter for the ship. One thing led to another and I agreed to build him one. This is the finished article. He'll add a few decals for the markings.
