RSPB Amber status list.

 

This bully was calling to his mate (she appeared within a minute or two) but I have noticed he uses the same call to the chicks.

 

Unfortunately he put his head right up at the wrong moment but I couldn't waste the opportunity for a close up. The trouble when you frame up that close is the bird moving before you press the shutter.
