1.I hate having my picture taken so it was EXTREMELY hard to find one for this tag.
2.I’ve been blogging for over 4 years now. Most recently here prairierunner.wordpress.com It’s my social life along with Flickr.
3.I love gardening, especially the flowers but I grow a big garden too.
4.Horses and dogs play a huge part in my life both for work and for fun.
5.I live in the middle of nowhere as opposed to most people. We’re 12 miles from the nearest neighbor by road.
6.I “know” more people in cyberspace than I do anywhere. (sad but true)
7.I pretty much make all of our tack. It’s more homemade than handmade though (there’s a huge difference between the two)
8.I play the piano and guitar (badly) by ear.
9.I hate instructions, they’re something to look at ONLY when all else has failed.
10.I love to cook and read recipe books but I hardly ever follow a recipe. I much prefer to “dump and pour” (read #9).
11.I’ve been “one of the boys” longer than I can remember.
12.I love to make quilts because it’s at least one feminine thing I can do.
13.We ranch for a living, but if you’ve looked at my pictures you probably know that one.
14.If I could take a summer and live anywhere and do anything I would live in Sitka, Alaska and take pictures.
15.My goal is to learn to be a better “picture taker” by using my camera on a daily bases, even if I only have a rock to take a picture of!
16.I’ve been married to the love of my life for thirty-two years in August.
