Prang

Wat ?? - I really don't recall. There are numerous wats around Bangkok, and this is one of them, probably one on Ko Kred, but I can't be sure. Note (in the larger version you can see this) how each niche is filled with a Buddha image. A prang is the name of this type of tower structure, typical of eastern/Cambodian influences.
