Faru: White Rhinoceros

The Swahili word for Rhinoceros - Faru. This is a White Rhino, taken at a Game Park near Johannesburg, South Africa, by my friend Paul Lindenberg.

The Zulu tribe in KwaZulu/Natal has the Rhino as 'their' protected species, and the Zula name for the white rhinoceros is, Mboza. (addn'l info by: Paul Lindenberg)

Paul is providing me with fabulous photos and I am rendering them through my eLithographic process to become the digital creations. I named the process - over 15 years ago now - eLithography. The image files are then printed in the giclee process, through large format printers, as limited editon prints.
