school portrait, bing nursery school
me at Bing Nursery School, circa 1970 -- I was digging through my old scrapbooks last week & decided to scan a few more childhood pictures...
we lived close to Highway 101 when I was little, and my mom used to ride me to school each morning on her bicycle, a several-miles trip -- I can remember looking down past the little footrests at the back wheel going around & around, strangely fascinated by it... have a lot of strong memories from Bing, too -- it was a great place to go to nursery school -- you can read about it here:

the funniest thing is, I really look remarkably the same now as I did when I was 3.
