On July 8th, 2010 the Los Angeles Fire Department quickly responded to a 10 acre brush fire northwest of the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway and Topanga Canyon Boulevard near Chatsworth. The Los Angeles County Fire Department maintained jurisdictional authority over the blaze with assistance from the LAFD & Ventura County Fire Department.
