A Day of Endings and Beginnings
Yesterday was a day of endings and a day of beginnings.
My firstborn graduated from preschool.
I was fortunate enough to be able to capture and enjoy most of his last day (thank you Ma Ma and Pa Pa for watching Haley and Austin while I was with Nathan).
It was a day that I will never forgot.
Never.
We made Mommy and Nathan potatoe heads, had lunch together, rode the bus together AND celebrated his BIG achievement last night by all of us going out for pizza and ice cream.
We ended the big day by visiting with my beloved grandma who is in the hospital. It was wonderful seeing her face light up when the five of us walked into her room.
Preschool may have ended but SO MUCH is just beginning.
A summer full of fun and sun is in store for us.
Park visits, barbeques, backyard playtime, soccer, baseball, swimming lessons, library visits, and OMG our FREAKING MALL IS FINALLY GETTING AN INDOOR PLAY PLACE FOR KIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! There IS a GOD!
Don't get me wrong, there will be a TON of crying, screaming, and fighting but I am going to try my hardest to have as much fun with the kiddos as possible.
WITHOUT GOING CRAZY HOPEFULLY.
I mean HELLO! I WILL be with a 5 yr old, a 3 yr old, and a baby everyday, ALL DAY, all summer long.
