Dedicated to Mel. She'll know exactly what it means. Poster we ripped of the windows before leaving the concert in Madison. Matt is incredible...did some improv. of Michael Jackson songs, Prince, BeeGees, Duran Duran (Hungry Like the Wolf)- my fav. cover of the night, and most of his own songs, of course. He has such a great sense of humor and really connects with his audience. You will never leave a Matt Nathanson concert depressed. The only disappoinment: Matt not singing his yet to be recorded & released "Detroit Waves" (that's okay, we have the bootlegged MP3 from the Tori concert in April). The one male artist that I can describe with the one word I rarely use: "Hot."
