RIP Tony

I pulled out my copy of Kitchen Confidential to re-read after I heard the heartbreaking news. I was backpacking through Southeast Asia when I first read his book. I found all these bus and train tickets inside that I'd used as bookmarks during the trip. I think this is a fitting tribute to a man who inspired so many people to set out on adventures. I feel like I've lost a friend.
