Recycling

Garbage is a problem. It is everywhere and never picked up. I think this worked in previous times because eventually it was naturally recycled, by consumption by other animals, decomposition, and fire. Now, however, there are so many plastics and other materials that don't decompose the refuse just hangs around.

 

The same thing happens in the "first world." We just hide it better.
