I found the ALE equipment absolutely fascinating. This vehicle J71 WRE was attached by rigid towbar. This Faun Koloss provides braking and propulsion; it can also be used as lead tractor in reverse moves or if the units are turned around. Thanks to Jack Westwood for the information. Here the convoy is well on its way out of the Trafalgar Gate link road.
