On my second day at China Camp, I arrived just before noon, and stayed for about 2 hours. I would have stayed longer, however, the rain starting to multiply very quickly. It was the first rain of the season, and it was making a very good impression.

I had a good system down, in where I would balance between my umbrella, the camera, and shutter cable just in time, where there would be no chance (sometimes) of rain hitting the lens.

I shot the entire day with a red filter on the 50mm, and the yellow on the 28.

One of the last shoots of the day, the rain was pounding down, and visibility was almost nothing. I set up the shot anyway.

I was on my last roll, and last few shots. The back of my pants were soaked. My socks were squishing around in my shoes that were not intended for serious weather.

I was just getting comfortable.

I rolled out the last 4 shots on the reel of this view on my way back. Everything was wet, so I had to wing it on focus. I could hardly see in the viewfinder. I kept the yellow filter on, and exposed for the best.
