Russet-tailed Thrush

This thrush lives in eastern Australia and eastern New Guinea where it can be a master skulker, foraging in leaf litter and making life miserable for photographers. I was pretty new to bird photography at the time I took this picture, so I'm happy to have gotten a decent shot. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had turned down the power of the flash and gotten lower to the ground to get more seperation between the bird and the background.
