KABUL, Afghanistan (July 26, 2015) Incoming Resolute Support advisors attended In-Country Advisor Training led by Felisa Hervey, ICAT coordinator, held at RS Headquarters in Kabul to gain a common understanding of Afghan systems, organizations and processes. The training covers their roles and responsibilities in all eight essential functions of the NATO-led mission RS to train, advise and assist Afghan security forces and institutions.
