This is a development on the old shunting yard for the dock railway.

The site is central to Ipswich and connects the station to the new Stoke Bridge renovation and the Waterfront. Hopefully this will be an increasingly important link if the cycle path and footpath are completed. Upstream there is the Gipping path all the way to Stowmarket.
